天井鉆機鉆進工藝及構造
1、天井(jing)鉆機(ji)鉆進工藝(yi)
天井鉆機可用于施工豎井和斜井甚至可以施工水平鉆孔,其主要施工工藝包括導孔鉆進和擴孔鉆進,在上部施工出天井鉆機平臺,澆筑天井鉆機施工基礎和其它(ta)輔助臨時(shi)設(she)施,安裝天井鉆(zhan)(zhan)機,由上(shang)向下(xia)鉆(zhan)(zhan)進一小直徑導孔(kong)(kong)(kong),導孔(kong)(kong)(kong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭后,將擴孔(kong)(kong)(kong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭運到下(xia)部(bu),拆下(xia)導孔(kong)(kong)(kong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭,連接擴孔(kong)(kong)(kong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭,由下(xia)向上(shang)擴孔(kong)(kong)(kong)。導孔(kong)(kong)(kong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)進過程中破(po)碎(sui)的(de)巖(yan)石靠水(shui)泵(beng)或泥漿(jiang)泵(beng)產生的(de)壓力水(shui)或泥漿(jiang)排到地面(mian),擴孔(kong)(kong)(kong)時(shi)巖(yan)屑(xie)靠自重落到下(xia)水(shui)平,由裝載設(she)備運出。
2、天井鉆機構造
天井鉆(zhan)(zhan)機主(zhu)要包(bao)(bao)括(kuo)主(zhu)機部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、鉆(zhan)(zhan)具部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)和輔助設施。主(zhu)機一般包(bao)(bao)括(kuo)鉆(zhan)(zhan)機架、液(ye)壓泵(beng)站(zhan)、操作控制(zhi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)。鉆(zhan)(zhan)具部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)包(bao)(bao)括(kuo)開孔(kong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)桿、穩(wen)定(ding)鉆(zhan)(zhan)桿、普通鉆(zhan)(zhan)桿、導孔(kong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭、擴孔(kong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭等。輔助部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)包(bao)(bao)括(kuo)電控系(xi)統、冷(leng)卻(que)系(xi)統以及泥(ni)漿循環系(xi)統。
